This complete master suite and guest wing renovation transformed the home’s private spaces, blending enhanced luxury with crisp, clean finishes. In the master bathroom, we stripped away the outdated garden tub and shower-tub combo, utilizing that freed-up footprint to construct a spacious, highly functional walk-in closet. The entire space was taken down to the studs with all-new drywall installed, followed by a reconfiguration of the vanities, updated electrical layout, and the installation of a custom tile shower framed with modern black trim. To ensure a cohesive design language throughout the property, the second bathroom was completely updated to match this high-end aesthetic, featuring the same signature black-and-white tile design. Finally, the scope was extended into both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom where we fully updated the drywall and paint to complete a polished, move-in-ready aesthetic across the entire sleeping quarters.
